The government and the Central Bank are not going to take any special measures in the foreign exchange market to strengthen the ruble, while maintaining the acceptable but difficult economic situation which is now established in the country. This statement was made by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Dmitry Medvedev, at a meeting with his deputies.
"We really are not introducing any administrative measures and, in any case, do not plan to introduce them if the current financial and economic situation doesn’t change, despite its complexity," TASS quoted Medvedev.
