Russian and Kazakhstani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev will meet this evening and discuss bilateral cooperation, international problems, the situation in Ukraine in the light of Nazarbayev's return from Kiev, said Putin's Aide Yuri Ushakov, Interfax reports.
Putin will also have telephone conversations with leaders of France, Germany and Ukraine.
