Georgia will change the visa regime that restricts visits of Armenians to the country to 90 days, Epress.am reports.
Georgian Prime Minister Ovik Abramyan said during his visit to Georgia on December 11 that Georgian MPs of Armenian origin wanted to raise the problem. The PM discussed the visa issue with Georgian authorities and informed them about the concerns of Georgian Armenians.
A high-ranking member of the Georgian government has recently contacted Georgian MP Samvel Petrosyan and promised to change the visa regime soon.
