Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has been rated 8th on the list of most efficient regional leaders composed by Constantine Kostin, the head of the Civil Society Development Fund. The rating is based on social polls, media research and statistics, the economic situation and expert evaluations, Izvestia reports.
The people questioned expressed optimism about the development of Chechnya. They noted the appearance of skyscrapers, beautification and construction of new districts, said Constantine Kalachev, the head of the Political Expert Group.
The Public Opinion Fund, the Federal Statistical Service and the National Monitoring Service assisted in composing the rating.
