Umahanov explained that these include the issues of citizenship, migration and readmission, as well as issues of logistics centers and more simplified border crossing.
According to him, such relationships allow jointly with the executive authorities "to find both legislative decisions, and improve law enforcement practices."
The Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council noted that on the agenda of the last meeting were also issues of humanitarian, humanitarian and cultural, economic and legislative support of bilateral relations.
In his turn, Aleskerov noted that at the meeting were "discussed issues of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations, including relations in all directions."
"Of course, among them there are resolved issues, as well as issues waiting to be resolved. It is important that discussions were held on an equal level. That means, we were looking for ways to solve the issues that serve the interests and are fruitful for both sides," the vice-speaker of the Milli Majlis is quoted by Interfax-Azerbaijan.
Touching upon issues of migration, Aleskerov expressed confidence that the issue will be resolved.

"In short, our regular meeting was held at the highest level. The parties expressed their desire to continue to cooperate. I am confident that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia at a high level will continue in a fruitful manner and for our people," the Azerbaijani politician concluded.
