Kyrgyzstan today will sign an agreement on accession to the EEU

At a summit, which was the last meeting before the start of work of the Eurasian Economic Union on 1 January 2015, an agreement on the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the EEU will be signed, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed, opening the forum.

 

The creation of such a union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will mark the emergence of the largest volume consumer market of over 170 million people in the post-Soviet space, which will operate on the basis of the norms and principles of the WTO and will ensure the freedom of movement of goods, services, capital and labor. Armenia will also join the union, the corresponding agreement has been signed, TASS cites the message.
