The official representative of the UN Secretary General, Stefan Dyuzharrik, said that Ukraine has the right to make its own decisions about its future.
"The position of the General Secretary is that Ukraine, like any other member of the UN, has the sovereign right to make decisions about its future," Gazeta.ru quoted him.
As previously reported by Vestnik Kavkaza, the head of the Duma's International Affairs Committee Alexei Pushkov said that Ukraine is not expected to join NATO, as a country which is burdened with many problems.
