The bill on the special status of Kavkazskiye Mineralniye Vody has almost been completed. The bill is being studied by experts and will be presented for public discussions on the Internet in late December, according to Advisor Minister for North Caucasus Affairs Olga Rukhullayeva, Interfax reports.
The document creates a medical cluster in the resort region. The medical cluster will merge all healthcare and treatment centers, science and education organizations, budget and investment resources to implement new technologies and standards of medical services. It also regulates protection of unique natural areas, such as the Kislovodsk Park.
