Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed four new governors: Oleh Sinyutka (Lviv Oblast), Nikolai Klochko (Sumy Oblast), Valeriy Golovko (Poltava oblast), Vitaly Chugunnikov (Rivne Oblast Administration), RIA Novosti reports.
The president noted that the governors will carry out the fourth wave of mobilization set for January 20.
