Chechen leader does not fear ISIS

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said at a roundup press conference today that terrorists of ISIS were no threat to Russia. He accused Western special services of creating ISIS, the way Osama bin Laden was created in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union, RIA Novosti reports.
