NATO spokeswoman Oana Lungescu said today, commenting on the new Russian Military Doctrine, that the Alliance was not a threat to Russia and was ready to resume constructive contacts, RIA Novosti reports.
She emphasized that the Organization was defensive and followed the international law, as it had done in the past 20 years.
