The governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, has approved a long-term tourism development programme of the region with financing of 18 billion rubles, Yuga.ru reports.
The programme is aimed at creating a competitive tourism infrastructure, which should support the social and economic development of the region and create a tourism standard for both Russian and foreign citizens.
