Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has pardoned 87 law-breakers for the Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis all over the world marked on December 31. 79 of the pardoned were prisoners, 3 were on corrective labour, 5 had been fined, Trend reports.
The pardoned law-breakers include Uzeir Mamedli and Zaur Gurbanly of the Nida Movement, journalists Avaz Zeynalov and Sardar Aliyev, lawyer Gurban Mamedov and a Turkish citizen.
