Russian and German Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier have discussed the situation in Ukraine in a telephone conversation in the context of the Minsk session of the contact group on December 24 and the recent exchange of prisoners, TASS reports.
The ministers emphasized the need to enforce the execution of the Minsk agreements and encourage dialogue in Ukraine.
