The Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Colonel General, Zakir Hasanov, and the First Deputy Minister, the head of the General Staff Nadzhmeddin Sadykhov, visited military units in the near-front zone, to mark the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year.
The leadership of the Defense Ministry met commanders and soldiers of military units, they asked them about social conditions, wished soldiers and officers Happy New Year, and gave them presents.
New military units have been created. They are equipped with high-tech equipment. The Ministry noted that 2014 was a good year for the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
