This morning from Noginsk, a town situated near Moscow, an 11th humanitarian convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry set off for Ukraine. It consists of 60 lorries.
In the Rostov region the same number of trucks from other Russian regions will join the column. The convoys are bringing to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions 1,400 tons of cargo, including food and baby food.
