The Azerbaijani parliament has received a project for the state budget
and the plan of social-economic development for 2010-2013, Trend
reports.
According to the official publication of the law on the state budget
for 2011, the income part of the budget will be $15 billion, including
centralized income - $14.5 billion and local incomes - $550 million.
The expenses are $15.2 billion, including centralized income - $14.3
billion and local expenses $1.6 billion.
The income structure of the State Oil Fund is expected to reach 6.48
billion manats. The upper limit of the deficit is approved at 687
million manats.
The maximum limit for expenses of the free budget is forecast to be at
15.129 billion manats. The deficit of the free budget, excluding
income of the State Oil Fund, is forecast to reach 8.705 billion
manats.
The forecasts are based on the oil price of $60 per barrel.
