The European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, will visit Georgia on 15-17 January.
The upcoming visit was announced when Georgia’s deputy foreign minister, Gigi Gigiadze, met the head of the European Union delegation to Georgia, Yanosh Herman, yesterday. At the meeting the sides discussed the priority areas of EU-Georgian co-operation and agreed to actively co-operate, with a view to ensuring a successful and fruitful visit by the European Commissioner to Georgia.
