Georgian ministers prepare for visit to Kiev

The Georgian Foreign Ministry is working on preparations for a visit by a Georgian group of Ministers to Ukraine.

Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvilili will arrive in Kiev. Georgian Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili said. "Now we are working to arrange the meetings in Ukraine at the level of ministers. And the visit by the Georgian government delegation led by the PM, which will be held later," Beruchashvili is quoted by RIA Novosti.

Beruchashvili added that the group of ministers will travel to Kiev, presumably in late January, but she did not specify when the visit of the Prime Minister may take place.

The Foreign Minister said that a couple of weeks ago Georgia's ambassador to Kiev, Michael Ukleba, was in Tbilisi discussing the processes taking place in Ukraine with the Prime Minister.
