Ukraine has received €500 million of loan guarantees from Germany. The signing of the agreement took place in Berlin during a meeting between the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseny Yatsenyuk and the Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany Sigmar Gabriel.
Reconstruction of infrastructure in eastern regions of Ukraine is one of the priorities, according to Gazeta.ru, citing the official website of the Ukrainian government. The loan was provided at very low interest for 20 years.
