Jen Psaki, the official representative of the U.S. Department of State, has stated that the country doesn’t recognize the Palestinian State to be independent, and it cannot be a participant in the International Criminal Court.
The Palestinian State will become a full member of the ICC on April 1st 2015. This was confirmed by the Secretary General of the UN Ban ki-Moon on January 6th.
