Russia and Germany will continue contacts on the situation in Ukraine in the bilateral and “Normandy” formats at various levels. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier have agreed on this today.
The sides stressed the need for confirmation of a positive tendency in a peaceful settlement of the internal Ukrainian crisis by means of providing a ceasefire, continuation of exchanging,prisoners, solving humanitarian problems in the region, providing real constitutional reform with the participation of all regions and political forces of Ukraine.
