Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to his French counterpart Francois Hollande over the terrorist attack against the Charlie Hebdo magazine, where 12 people were killed, TASS reports.
Lukashenko spoke out against any forms of terrorism and extremism.
Flags at the French diplomatic mission in Minsk were lowered. People lay flowers and candles at the embassy walls to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attack.
