Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has criticized Yukos ex-Head Mikhail Khodorkovsky for urging world journalists to publish satirical works on the Prophet Muhammad in light of the recent terrorist attack on the Charlie Hebdo satirical weekly magazine in France, Kadyrov stated on Instagram.
Kadyrov called Khodorkovsky's actions "brainless." The Chechen leader said that Khodorkovsky had become his personal enemy, an enemy of all Muslims. Kadyrov predicts a harsh and sensitive punishment for Khodorkovsky.
