Head of OSCE will visit Baku and Yerevan

OSCE Chairman, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic will discuss settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with officials in Baku and Yerevan.

His visit to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia is scheduled for the coming months, Trend reports, referring to a diplomatic source.

Serbia as OSCE Chairman intends to focus on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, Dacic said during his visit to Azerbaijan in September last year.

"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be a priority for the Serbian presidency of the OSCE. Of course, it is too early to talk about the new format, but we will objectively work with all parties," he said.

Dacic promised during his country's chairmanship of the OSCE in 2015 to have "close dealing with crises and conflicts." "Once again, I made a visit to the region and will make every effort to reach a settlement of the conflict," the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister said.
