The Russian Central Electoral Commission has awarded Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov the Badge of Honour for Merit in Organizing Elections, Rosbalt reports.
The badge was also awarded to Andrey Klishas, deputy head of the Federation Council Commission for Constitutional Legislature and State Construction, Alexander Alexandrov, his deputy, and Galina Karelova, deputy head of the Federation Council. 44 Chechen citizens involved in the electoral process received certificates and letters of gratitude.
