ICC considers materials on military crimes in Ukraine

A court martial at the International Criminal Court in the Hague will consider material on military crimes committed in Ukraine, Igor Trunov, the head of the Moscow office of the Russian Red Cross, stated.

According to him, a special commission collected evidence of murders, destruction, slavery, bombing of residential areas, and putting pressure by hunger, which were committed against the civilian population, political, religious, ethnic repressions, tortures of prisoners, and so on. The evidence was sent to the ICC.

“I received a letter from the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court that our statement has been adopted and an investigation into instances of crimes against humanity in Ukraine was initiated,” TASS cites Trunov.
