Mugutdinova named new Dagestani envoy

Izumrud Mugutdinova, an acting ex-head of the Russian presidential office of Dagestan, has become the permanent representative. Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov signed her appointment on December 29, 2014, TASS reports.

Mugutdinova worked at the office of the DASSR Council of Ministers in 1977-1992. She became the head of the general section of the Russian presidential office of Dagestan in 1993. Mugutdinova became the deputy head of the office in 1994.
