Turkmenistan to establish independent arbitrary system and ombudsman

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposed establishment of an independent arbitration court and appointment of an ombudsman, bringing the public-private relations to a new level and enforcing protection of human rights, TASS reports.

According to the Constitution, the Turkmen president is the guarantor of the protection of human rights and liberties. The arbitration court system may be separated from the Supreme Court. Berdimuhamedov hopes to strengthen equality of sides in the court, perfect the judicial system and the independence of judges.
