Georgian authorities to help open madrasa in Batumi

The Georgian government and the authorities of the Adjara Autonomous Republic will buy a building for the Batumi Mosque and the mufti administration of Western Georgia.

Additional space will be provided at Orta Jam, the problem of open-air prayers at the Batumi Mosque will be solved after a reorganization of the said space, Georgia Online reports.

Damage caused by the authorities during communist times will be compensated.
