The development of small and medium-sized businesses, farms and plots remains one of the priorities of the Chechen economy.
The problems and prospects of the Chechen economy were discussed at an enlarged meeting of the government. The head of the Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, called for internal resources to be used effectively. This measure will allow not only to keep the pace of economic and social development, but also to achieve growth of production.
"In Russia, there is a difficult economic situation, related to pressure from Western countries. And the upcoming year promises to be difficult. If we are going to work with full dedication, we can turn the situation to our advantage - saturate the market with our own products and increase the volumes of products, that are sold in other regions of the country," Kadyrov said.
