Turkish leader accuses Charlie Hebdo of abetting hatred and racism

 

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has accused French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo of abetting hatred and racism by publishing provocative articles about Muslims and Christians, RIA Novosti reports.Erdogan added at a meeting with businessmen in Ankara on Friday that provocations should be punishable. In his words, Muslims have the right for respect towards Prophet Muhammad the way they respect prophets in Judaism and Christianity.
