Azerbaijan is concerned about Armenia's reluctance to change the
situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. Azerbaijan is concerned about the alarming signs of disinterest on the
part of Armenia in a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict, said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mamedyarov, at
a meeting of the North Atlantic Council in the 28+1 format.

Azerbaijan considers it important to strengthen the ceasefire to
reduce the risk of deaths in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan
and in the border areas, Elmar Mamedyarov said. Armenia, according to
him, continues to hold a destructive position, supporting the
formation of new Armenian settlements in the occupied territories of
Azerbaijan, the destruction of the historical and cultural heritage of
Azerbaijan and the illegal appropriation of migrants’ property.
