Ilham Aliyev meets with Deputy Foreign Minister of Japan

Japan is interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan in various areas, including agriculture, establishment of technoparks, high technologies and information technologies and petrochemical complexes.

 

This was stated by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Minoru Kiuchi at a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Monday. 

 

In his turn, the Head of State stressed the high level of political relations between the states, adding that this creates a good basis for expanding bilateral cooperation in other areas.

 

President Aliyev emphasized the importance of the projects implemented in Azerbaijan with the participation of Japanese companies, and said that there are good opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agriculture, establishment of technoparks and petrochemical complexes, high technologies and information technologies, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
