Donetsk militants have become less active at Donetsk Airport and more active in Mariupol, Krymskoye and the Luhansk Oblast, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian Foreign Ministry says that the Ukrainian authorities want to resolve the situation in Donetsk by force and ruin peace efforts. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reminds that Donetsk Airport should be under military control, according to the Minsk agreements.
The head of the Donetsk Oblast, Alexander Zakharchenko, has accused Kiev of violating the ceasefire agreement and attacking Donetsk. He urged the OSCE to force the Ukrainian authorities to comply with the agreements. Militants say that the airport has been shelled over 50 times in a day, resulting in the deaths of at least 9 peaceful citizens and injuries to 44, including 4 children.
