U.S. President Barack Obama said in his State of the Union address on Tuesday that the country backs the citizens of countries recently hit by terrorists, including Pakistan and France. He expressed commitment to fighting ISIS terrorists, TASS reports.
Obama urged lawmakers to sanction the use of military force to stop the terrorist organization. The president reminded about success in repelling the ISIS offensive in Iraq and Syria without getting into a ground operation in the Middle East. He said that victory over ISIS would require time and effort.
