Russia will discuss detention of Dilgam Askerov with Armenia

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a roundup press conference today that Dilgam Askerov was detained by Armenia and his detention will be discussed with that country. The minister emphasized that Russia was contacting the police for information about the causes and conditions of its citizens detained abroad.
