Azerbaijan, which has been a member of the Council of Europe since 2001, is doing everything necessary to fulfil the commitments made to the Council of Europe, on time and with dignity. This statement was made today by President Ilham Aliyev at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin, which was held after a meeting of the politicians.
