Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko during a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte has expressed hope that a constructive dialogue would be achieved at today's meeting of Foreign Ministers in the Normandy format.
During the conversation, he told the Prime Minister about the escalation of the situation in the Donbas.
