US Secretary of State John Kerry is not going to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during Netanyahu's visit to Washington.
US President Barack Obama has already refused to meet Netanyahu during the visit.
The Israeli Prime Minister will arrive in Washington to address the US Congress, Gazeta.ru reports.
