The International Youth Center, Dagestani State University and the Dagestani Ministry for Youth Affairs have signed an agreement today to coordinate exchange of youth in the Caspian Region. The delegation of the International Youth Center visiting Dagestan included the director general of the center, Advisor of the Head of Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Alexey Lyubtsov, his advisor Alexander Pochkin and assistant Dilafruz Rajabova, RIA Dagestan reports.
Dagestan will coordinate exchange of young people between Caspian states at the “Kaspiy-2015” International Educational Youth Forum.
The “Expert” Regional Center will open to train specialists to work with young people.
An official of the Ministry for Youth Affairs said that the specialists available were not educated enough to work with young people. The Center, heads of youth departments at municipalities, higher and middle education centers and public organizations will help train specialists.
