A special mission of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe starts monitoring of the occupied territories of Nagorno-Karabakh tomorrow. The investigation will last until October 14th. The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - Bernard Fassier, Igor Popov and Robert Bradtke - announced this after the UN General Assembly meeting in New York, ANS reports.
Ministers of Foreign Affairs of both Armenia and Azerbaijan have met the mediators in turn. The co-chairs of the Minsk Group have discussed their plans with the ministers. Among other issues the future OSCE summit in Astana was discussed.
It is expected that the co-chairs of the Minsk Group will publish a special review after the monitoring mission.
