Grigory Karasin, Russian state secretary and deputy foreign minister, said at the Federation Council that Washington had failed to create a large anti-Russian coalition. He noted that the situation in the world had degraded in 2014 because of the attempts by the EU and the USA to maintain their domination, Trend reports.
Karasin concluded that Russia will not discuss sanctions before those who had originally imposed them start lifting them.
