The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has entered the top three rankings of governors for lobbyists according to the results of 2014.
Kadyrov was in third place in the category of "very strong efficiency" in the top-sheet developed by the Economic News Agency (ENA), commissioned by the newspaper Nezavisimaya Gazeta. First place goes to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, second place to the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, reports the official website of the head and the Chechen government.
