The Health Minister of Kazakhstan, Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev, was arrested today in Astana, Kaz TAG reports.
Legal proceedings were initiated on the 21st of September. Doskaliyev is accused of corruption and abuse of power. The minister had a stroke on September 26 and his arrest was postponed.
