Russia’s Emergencies Ministry plans to complete the formation of a 12th convoy with humanitarian aid for Donbas citizens by January 31, the Ministry’s press service said.
The Russian aid relief convoy for Ukraine’s Donbas region is leaving for the Rostov region.
The convoy will consist of more than 170 trucks that will deliver over 1,500 tons of cargo. “There are foodstuffs, medicines, essentials, building materials and other life necessities,” Ria Novosti cited the Ministry.
"The aid convoy will be formed in southern Russia’s Rostov region at the Ministry’s Donskoy rescue center. This morning a humanitarian aid convoy departed from the Moscow Region’s Noginsk rescue center. The trucks from Noginsk will be joined by vehicles from other Russian regions and the formation of the 12th convoy is to be completed by January 31,” the spokesman said.
