Chechen Leader Ramzan said concluding a teleconference on economic development and social stability in 2015 with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev that Russia will get through the economic upheaval and will not forgive the U.S. for it, as stated on his Instagram account.
Kadyrov stated that he had never seen behaviour more cynical and unethical than the U.S. conduct. He said that the government was doing all it could to support the Russian economy.
Kadyrov added that Russia will keep working with investors, expanding farmlands, developing small and medium-scale business.
