The Russian economy should not continue to depend on external factors. And we cannot afford to let the economy and finances be used as an instrument of political pressure on our country. At the same time, the President noted that our economy remains a part of the global economy," Kadyrov wrote on his Instagram page.
"The President set concrete tasks, he was convinced that with joint efforts we will be able to overcome the crisis. Vladimir Vladimirovich has proved once again that Russia will not fulfill someone's will because of sanctions," the head of the republic said.
