Law enforcers of the North Caucasus said that they have not seen T.T. Batirashvili, a Georgian allegedly in command of the northern front of ISIS, anywhere in the region, RIA Novosti reports.The Russian Supreme Court said earlier that Batirashvili was in command of the Khattab Brigade, Jihadists of Shamil Basayev and Dzhokhar Dudayev’s brigades, subdivisions of the Turkish Jamaat and the Abu Khanifa Jamaat.
