Turkey to develop strategic cooperation with Syria.

A meeting of the Turkish-Syrian Council on Strategic Cooperation took
place in the Syrian port city of Latakia, Trend reports, referring to
CNN's Turkish site.

The Turkish delegation was headed by Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Turkey, and numbered 12 ministers. Ahmet Davutoglu
noted in his speech that the views of Turkey and Syria on the issue of
fighting with terrorism are similar.
